What: 10-day Vipassana Meditation by http://Dhamma.org, a donation-based residential course to learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.
Why: Because we need to journey within, as well as around the world
Where: Centers around the world (find yours here)
Duration: 10 days (+2 days to settle in)
Price: Donations are accepted at the end of the course. While this might appear free, the community thrives via the donations of the ones who experienced the practice.
